Who wants to do it again? 😉
Life is made up of the little things.
The laughs with friends, the mornings that start slowly, the people we love, the moments we don’t realise we’ll remember forever.
Looking after ourselves is about being here for all of it.
For the ordinary days, the big milestones, and all the moments still to come.
#SaySomething this World Health Day 💙
This World Theatre Day, we`re looking back gratefully at the wonderful West End and Broadway communities who have come together to use their voices and unite against cancer. #SaySomething
We put this stuff off for ages.
Then wish we hadn’t.
If something’s been bothering you, get it checked.
#SaySomething
We don’t ignore our health because we don’t care.
We ignore it because we’re human.
Because life is busy.
Because it’s uncomfortable.
Because it’s easier to wait.
But early detection changes everything.
One conversation.
One appointment.
One moment of not putting it off.
#SaySomething
"If you are putting off something - whether it`s finding a doctor, if it`s taking better care of yourself - if you`re putting off something that feels too great, it`s just because you haven`t made the first step small enough." 💙
Love Life: West End Unites Against Cancer. This night was never just about one evening. 💙
Love Life is helping launch the One For The Boys Digital Health Hub - a practical advice space that you can carry in your pocket - designed to help people recognise warning signs earlier, advocate for themselves, ask the right questions, and access mental health support alongside medical care.
It’s about turning information into action, and helping people say something sooner.
Thank you for helping make this possible 💙.
Watch this space for the One For The Boys` Digital Health Hub launch soon
Our first West End Unites Against Cancer night didn’t just happen.
Early call times. Long days. Rehearsals squeezed between shows. People giving their time, energy and voices because they cared about this cause.
Here`s a sneak peek at the moments captured at Theatre Royal Drury Lane before the doors opened.
